This policy applies to your use of the Stub App distributed via Google Play and the App Store. It explains what we collect, how we use it, how it’s shared, and your choices.
2. What we collect
- Crash & diagnostics (Sentry): When the App encounters an error or crash, we collect diagnostic data such as stack traces, device model, OS version, App version, timestamps, and limited technical context leading to the error. This helps us find and fix issues.
- Form data you submit: If you fill out forms, we collect the information you provide, which may include name, phone number, email address, and other details such as bin size, service choices, and collection dates. These entries are stored on our systems so we can provide and improve the service and follow up when needed.
- Address selection (local-only in stub): Your street address used to personalize schedules is stored locally on your device in this Stub App and is not persisted to our servers.
3. How we use information
- Provide core features (personalized schedules, forms).
- Troubleshoot, monitor stability, and improve performance.
- Respond to user requests and support inquiries.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under instructions, including:
- Error monitoring: Sentry (by Sentry, Inc.) to process crash/diagnostic reports.
- Hosting/infra providers used to store form submissions securely.
5. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your region, we process personal data under one or more legal bases such as consent, performance of a contract (providing the App), and our legitimate interests in maintaining and improving the App.
6. Data retention
- Form data: Retained as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, then deleted or de-identified.
- Crash logs: Retained for a limited period necessary to investigate and fix issues.
- Local address data: Stored only on your device; you control deletion by uninstalling or clearing App data.
7. Your choices & rights
- Access/Deletion/Correction: You may request access to, or deletion of, your server-stored form data by contacting us (see Contact). Local address data must be removed by you on the device.
- Permissions: You can manage device permissions (e.g., location) in your Android/iOS settings.
8. Children
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children under the age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect data from children in this Stub App.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
